Diary
- 5/9/2005: This was a “completed system” up to about 2 weeks ago when I couldn’t help myself. I’m tweaking it up and have it stable and capable of running at 3.6GHz all day long. The price is also being raised to $2,299 because of extra equipment and time.
- 5/13/2005: A quick note to all reading this. The PC does sound like a jet engine. Its great to say that I’ve achieved 3.6GHz “air cooled”, it needs to flow A LOT of air through the case to keep it cool. This isn’t an issue for gaming or regular usage, but if you put this thing in your bedroom, you probably won’t be sleeping really well. Oh yeah, it lights up quite well with the 6 LED fans too. :)
- 5/13/2005: Its night time now and I just added the side bar pictures to the left.
- 6/8/2005: Well, looks like I’m going to have to try eBay to sell Beast. No one I know truly appreciates this monster. I also sold the monitor I was going to be including with Demon, so the price is now down to $1,990.
- My business partner’s eMachines are dying and the business is doing well, 7/6/2005: so, Demon will have a new home. He’ll be doing web design and mid to high end graphics work, and lots of research and program testing.
