Now this is how you add new life to older computers. The idea is to get a very High end looking PC with some new parts for a very low ($400 or less) price. As a quick explanation here, sub $400, will include new keyboard, mouse, speakers, and monitor along with the new case and customization. We should be around $300 if we do our shopping right. :)

Diary

• 6/8/2005: I finished the initial build of the PC this weekend, Clare and her fiancé seem very very happy and took pictures of the PC, they’ll be on here as soon as I can get them and put them up.
• 7/6/2005: Don’t have any good pictures of the PC “yet”, but will be getting a black floppy drive this week to replace the ugly duckling in there right now.
• 9/10/2005 Well, the 2 broke up, he’s not her fiance anymore. I think they both did too many drugs as kids. Ugh, why do I let myself get messed up with these kind of people. You start off feeling sorry for them and think they’re trying to improve, and then you find out just how self-centered they really are and that friendship to them means “we’re friends when its convenient for us”, not a cool sharing friendship like I’m used to with the rest of my friends.  Well, best to be more careful next time and follow my instincts. At least the former fiance seems to still be a decent neighbor.  We’ll just go with that. :)
